10 tracks: the soundtrack to our lives

Episode 17: Alex Brindley

My guest today is Alex Brindley, Director of Programming, News, and Content at Manx Radio, the national broadcaster for the Isle of Man. He also hosts a weekday Afternoon Show from 3pm. Off-air, Alex is married with two children and a proud Manx resident, with a deep passion for the island’s heritage and culture.

He’s an accomplished musician, volunteers at the Victorian Groudle Glen Railway and directs theatre shows and previously films and documentaries.

If that did not fill his plate, he is also a self-confessed theme park enthusiast, who travels the world with his family in search of the next rollercoaster thrill.
